@Although this work was initially machined using clamp metal fittings,
it took a lot of steps and a long time to remove the work, and only the
MC operator could handle the work. @±This work had 350 to 800 lots in short delivery time, and could not be processed unless operating time was increased by night operation. Now, it uses a vacuum chuck for reduction of man-hours / of processes and operation at night, shortening installation and removal time, and for cost reduction by improving the operation rate. @By changing to the vacuum chuck type, it was possible to shorten the conventional work process from 5 steps to 3 steps. @Screw tightening also disappeared during installation and removal, even workers other than operators could now install and remove in 1/10 of the conventional time. @Because it does not use clamp metal fillings, it became possible to acquire a wide working space, and it became possible to do a large number of units (5 units in the past). @Improvements to the vacuum chuck have simplified many pieces and work, so anyone can work and the availabitity of machines improved (including 6H / day night operation). |

@In most cases when using a vacuum chuck with a milling / machining center,
the mounting base is dedicated to the workpiece. @Since the clamping force of the vacuum chuck, when applied to horizontal direction, is about 35% compared to vertical direction, this work uses a round pin stopper. @The base is processed with O-ring groove for preventing leakage and lea groove for improving exhaust performance. @Neoprene sponge round cord was used for leak prevention O-ring. Toyoron hose was used for the line between the vacuum unit and the base. @This time, the base was made of aluminum to improve the heat dissipation of the workpiece, and processed with a machine that processes the workpiece. @Works of the same shape have many achievements. |
